Crème brulée, almond cake, nutmeg and banana. Wood spice, hints of Oloroso saltiness, hazelnut, chocolate, orange, pimento pepper. Richly textured and mouth-filling, balanced with a long satisfying finish.
Producer Profile
This bottling of Linkwood single malt, after distillation over in Speyside, was whacked straight into refill American oak Sherry hogshead. After 11 years of maturing, the liquid was bottled by Adelphi.
