In honor of their 30th Birthday, the team at Adelphi have released some stunning casks from their extensive holdings, including this impressive grain whisky. The spirit was distilled in 1987 and racked for maturation in a single refill bourbon hogshead for 36 years before being bottled at cask strength without chill filtration or added colouring.
Adelphi's official tasting note:Macadamia nut, macaroon, Frangelico, and rhum baba meld with bright fruit notes of limoncello and pineapple upside down cake for a light, bright, complex, and delightful dram.
