This is their core single malt whisky which is 50:50 unpeated to peated whisky matured in both ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. On the nose you can get notes of toasted marshmallows on a pebbled beach and matures to sea salt, lime cordial, dark chocolate and Smokey old fashioned on the palate.

The distillery opened in July, 2014 and sits on the shores of Loch Sunart, in what has to be one of the most spectacular locations of any distillery in the country. It produces two signature styles of spirit, one peated and one unpeated. The spirits are matured in American and European oak, ex-sherry casks and American oak ex-Bourbon casks. Ardnamuchan Distillery's parent company, Adelphi Distillery, continues to source the rarest and finest single casks of exceptional malt whisky, under the "Adelphi Selection" brands.
