Producer Profile Harwood Hall

Established in 2008, Harwood Hall is the result of a collaboration between two friends and former colleagues: Digger Hennessey and Corey Hall. Digger and Corey first met in 1996 and later went on to be chief winemakers at Mt Riley and Matua respectively. Pooling their resources, including Digger’s vineyard and Corey’s ‘Gem’ wine business, their aim was -and remains- to produce top quality New Zealand wines that are also affordable and approachable.

Delicious Pinot

I have to be honest I bought this because I am a Kiwi, my surname is Harwood and I have just moved into a new house called The Great Hall. So it ticked a number of boxes completely not related to wine. However I can 100 % recommend this wine. It is a classic Pinot Noir - dry and fruity.
