Wonderful Grand Cru St Emilion, displaying the benefits and elegance of some bottle age. Dark purple red colour with violet hue. The aromatic nose offers ripe dark berries, cherry jam, balsamic and spicy notes in the background. The palate is rich, flavourful, and well structured with matured tannins, ripe fruit notes and great freshness leading to a lengthy finish.
Producer Profile Château Trianon
The 14,5 hectares estate is located south west of St Emilion, and since 2000 belongs to Dominique Hébrard, former co-owner of Château Cheval Blanc, which had been in his family since 1832. Dominique was a member of its board between 1991 and 1999. and was responsible for the vineyard management, winemaking, and marketing. Since his ownership of Château Trianon, he undertook its re-organisation and renovation as well as the development of its brand.
