To Celebrate their 30th birthday, the fine folks of Adelphi took a deep dive into their warehouses and selected some magnificent casks for release. This bottling of Spirit of Yorkshire English Whisky for example. It was fully matured in a Moscatel wine cask before being bottled without added colour or chill filtration. Adelphi's first ever English bottling is a limited release of only 330 bottles.
