This Margaret River Cabernet offers deep aromas of red and black fruits on the nose including cassis, blackberries, blueberries and black plums, along with fine layers of graphite and dried herbs. Full-bodied wine offers on the palate dense flavours of berry fruits and spicy notes, well-balanced tannins, a remarkable texture and a rich finish.

Fermentation involves a combination of hand plunging and pump over every six hours and after an extended maceration, the wine is matured in the finest French artisanal oak for two years to produce outstanding wine in the Bordeaux style with new world methods.
