Orders placed at the weekend or a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.
Notes / special requests
Please let us know where to leave your wines if you are out. You can provide special instructions using the form provided at checkout.
Availability / Out of Stock
All wines are sold and delivered subject to availability. If a particular wine is out of stock at the time of your order we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative or a refund.
Cancelling or changing a delivery
If you need to cancel or change a delivery, please let us know by contacting us at least 24 hours before or it may be too late to cancel and you will be charged.
Returns and Refunds
If your wines have arrived damaged, please take a photograph of the damage and contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange for the damaged order to be collected and a replacement sent to you as soon as we can.
