Spirit from a Port Mourant wooden pot still. Dry banana chips nose with strawberry and tropical fruits, vegetal, honey, smoky flint and gun powder. On the palate, coconut, Turkish delight, rose water, with rich sweet tropical fruits with a salty Parmesan, seawater finish.
