This bottling of 25 year old Caroni is one of Adelphi's 30th birthday celebration releases, and according to Adelphi, is one of the most complex liquids they have ever bottled. The spirit was distilled in 1997, and matured for 25 years in a refill hogshead before it was bottled with no added colour and no chill filtration. Caroni rum is highly prized by rum afficianados for it's unique depth of flavour, and is even more precious due to the fact that the distillery closed in the early 2000s. A limited single cask release of only 204 bottles; a spectacularly rare treat indeed!
