Producer Profile Château Béla
Located close to the Danube River in Southern Slovakia near the Hungarian border, Château Belá’s 20 ha vineyard estate has been producing wines since 2001. Under the supervision of one of the world's most acclaimed winemakers, German superstar Egon Müller, Château Béla is home to some of Slovakia's finest Rieslings. The variety known locally as Rizling Rýnsky, yields wines noted for the energetic drive, purity of fruit and minerality on the palate. In addition to their stunning Rieslings, Château Béla is also renowned for their bold, robust Cabernet Sauvignon as well as their sweet straw and ice wines.
