The fruit for this delightful Macon Villages comes from 40 years old vines. It was vinified mainly in stainless steel tank, and oak barrels for a short period of time. The wine shows a lovely freshness on the palate with notes of exotic fruits, ripe citrus and fresh pastry. The perfect Macon!

Alexis is a rising star making waves in the Burgundy wine scene and producing outstanding quality products on his tiny estate that he founded with the small parcels received from his father. The Polliers, a five generations winemaking family are located in Fuisse. Since the age of 20, Alexis is cultivating his vineyards with an incredible attention to details; his viticulture philosophy is to focus on biodiversity. His vineyards are located on various appellations such as Pouilly Fuissé, Saint Véran, Mâcon Milly Lamartine, and Macon Village.
