Dry white wine, 75cl. Medium bodied 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Semillon blend from Bordeaux, France. 13.0% ABV.
A wonderful Bordeaux Blanc, with peach, pear and citrus fruit, and a saline finish. Great depth, concentrated and well-balanced. A stylish wine with a touch of mint at the lengthy mineral finish. Awesome!
Producer Profile Château Trianon
The 14,5 hectares estate is located south west of St Emilion, and since 2000 belongs to Dominique Hébrard, former co-owner of Château Cheval Blanc, which had been in his family since 1832. Dominique was a member of its board between 1991 and 1999. and was responsible for the vineyard management, winemaking, and marketing. Since his ownership of Château Trianon, he undertook its re-organisation and renovation as well as the development of its brand.
