Jeremy Muller the owner of Peccavi believes that iconic wines are made in the vineyard, so through extensive research, passion and dedication, have sourced vines from the world's finest clonal selections. Wines are from 100% estate grown fruit. Only the most exceptional fruit is handpicked and then meticulously sorted by hand. Fermentation involves a combination of hand plunging and pump over every six hours and after an extended maceration, the wine is matured in the finest French artisanal oak for two years to produce outstanding wine in the Bordeaux style with new world methods.
