12 Year Old Speyside Single Malt Whisky, 70cl. No. of bottles: 512 from Scotland, United Kingdom. 57.4% ABV. 

Drawn from a refill sherry butt with a summer gold colour and medium bead. The nose delivers dry roasted peanuts, pecan ice cream, aromatic wood, gummy bears, curry powder, cardamom, green peppercorn, bay leaf, incense, burnt butter, hazelnuts, and cured bacon aromas. On the taste we found hickory, savoury roots, raisins, tagine, zatar, sumac with a viscous decidedly sherry cask medium finish.
