Deep ruby colour, a fine well-balanced fruity red that was aged for 18 months in oak and 3 to 4 month in stainless steel tanks. Bottled without any collage or filtration.

Located in Thoronet, the picturesque 38 hectare Domaine Sainte Croix La Manuelle is a family affair. Building on the tradition established by Fernand “Le Papet” at the beginning of the 20th century, winery owners Christian and Cathy Pélépol are assisted by their son, Arnaud, and son-in-law, Laurent. Over the past 30 years, Christian has honoured the heritage of his father and grandfather, whilst integrating modern techniques and, in 2008, unveiled a new cellar next to the property’s Bethléem monastery. The estate produces a dozen different types of wines, ranging from traditional blends to mono-varietals, reflecting the fresh and savoury style of wines of Provence.
