Excellent, fast service. KJ

Highly quaffable blend

Very drinkable and smooth at a really competitive price for a more boutique style blend

Too special to open.

Have bought this for my husband as a fathers day gift. I managed to get 2/3 of releases so far. Amazing that 9elms had any. I was almost expecting an email to say sorry that they couldn't fulfil the order. Instead the process was easy and the bottle arrived quickly. Will definitely use 9elms again.

Quaffable Alsace

A perfect summery wine balancing a zesty freshness with stone fruit and lovely notes of ripe apple.

Excellent alternative to Gamay

An easy drinking alternative to good Beaujolais, less fruit forward but just as moorish.

Excellent service and good selection, would buy again.

I received a 9 ELMs Wines voucher for my birthday, I went straight to their web site and easily found my preferred wines. I then put the selected wines into the basket, added the delivery charge then paid the extra for what I had spent over the value of the voucher.
Everything was straight forward and I received the delivery within a couple of days.

Great Champagne

We were already fans of the Brice Rose Champagne and this one has also delighted us. Very balanced and I think very good value for a champagne of this quality

Trimbach Riesling Vielle Vignes 2015

Golden colour, bright. Powerful, slightly petrolly, nose. Very fruity.
Long on the palette, dry with good acidity, grapey. A super racy
( on our own tasting scale, where 12/13 is Satisfactory, we gave it 19.

Hard to find Adelphi's delivered in 2 days. Shopped twice. Great service both times.

Beautiful blend

I love a drop of dry red with my dinner and France is my go-to family wine producer, possibly because I lived there for a short whole and visited frequently before and after. This blend demonstrates the skill of the winemaker in achieving a complimentary mix that is oaky but not overdone and delivers a classic Provencal product.

Absolutely delicious and very much enjoyed by everyone who tried it during a blind challenge.

Great wine, great vintage, great service from the 9 Elms Team

Hard to wait the 2 or so hours once opened (but worth it!). Definitely has a bit of an oomph and very delicious. Will be ordering again 🙂.

A handsome bottle and wine to match

Was initially attracted to this wine just by the rather fetching design on the bottle(!); but the wine inside is certainly a delicious treat as well.

A firm favourite!

A lovely tempranillo, very smooth and has gone well with many savoury dishes and even on the sweeter side - with some fig and hazelnut cake. First enjoyed a bottle of this at the end of summer 2019; re-ordered many since!

This wine was absolutely amazing. Never been much of a white wine fan but this truly stunning wine has changed my mind. I will be purchasing more.

This whisky has plenty of character and breaks the mould of your stereotypical Speyside whiskies, which is another of its charms. It’s not without its flaws and could be more refined but it’s for the more experienced drinker, rather than playing it safe. I’m absolutely fine with that and it adds to the experience rather than taking away. The spirit has a good, waxy mouthfeel and the flavours combine well, offering something distinctly unique. Price is a bit punchy in comparison to more recognisable 12 Year Olds but you do get quality. I would buy it again, even at this price.

Nose: Grainy, grassy, fruity and woody. Fresh pine and cut grass jump out. Then there’s hazelnut caramel milk chocolates. Ripe red currants. Sweet, citrusy. Limoncello. Melted butter. Vanilla custard. Barley fields. Candle wax.

Palate: Layered with dried fruits, woody notes and umami flavours. Raisins, figs and mince pies. Spicy notes of crushed ginger nuts and cinnamon. Rich caramels. Savoury and buttery like melted butter on whole grain toast. Brandy snaps. Roasted, salted corn.

Finish: Rather Spritzich (fizzy) in the finish. Peppery with spices and oak tannins. Orange peel. Medium-long in the finish.

Juicy Blaufrankisch

The wine offers a delicious combination of red and black fruit aromas and flavours with ripe and supple tannins and refreshing acidity.
