Batch 10 of independent bottler Adelphi's Fascadale whisky is a 14-year-old Highland Park single malt that was matured in refill oloroso sherry casks. Aromas of lychee, peach cobbler, gorse flower and buttery sweetcorn fill the nose, complemented by notes of beachside bonfire smoke, burnt oak and hazelnut brittle throughout the palate.
