This exciting release is a single cask bottling of single malt from closed Speyside producer, the now-demolished Imperial Distillery in Carron, Speyside. It's the first ghost distillery bottled by Adelphi, and it was fully matured in a single ex-bourbon barrel before it was selected to be part of Adelphi's 30th Birthday releases, which are the best of the best from Adelphi's extensive cask holdings. Bottled at 52.4% with no added colour or chill filtration, this speysider is luscious and complex.
