Dry sparkling rosé wine, 75cl. Medium bodied 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Meunier blend from East Sussex, England, United Kingdom. 12.0% ABV.
The Rosé Reserve is a very elegant traditional method English sparkling wine that opens up with fresh, vibrant summer fruits and strawberry with a touch of toasted brioche. It has a fine soft mousse and a delicate, but attractive light pink colour, whilst the creamy palate has delicious berry fruit that unravels bruised apple, lemon zest and toasted biscuit flavours leading to a long crisp finish.
Fermented in stainless steel and held in barrel and tank until bottling in April 2020. The wine was lees aged until disgorging in September 2022, followed by a further 18 months of bottle ageing.
Suggested food pairings: perfect as an aperitif or partner to summer dishes including seafood, asparagus and strawberries.
